MUNCY—The Muncy Historical Society’s annual Muncy Cup Golf Tournament, sponsored by the Wynding Brook Golf Club, begins at 9 a.m. May 4, 2024, at 201 Harveys Lane, Milton, PA 17847.
Muncy’s Historical Society is pleased to announce its 24th “Muncy Cup,” our annual golf tournament and fundraising event. Golfer participation will help ensure the success of this year’s outing, which, in turn, will help us achieve our educational and community-oriented objectives.
The Historical Society is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit organization committed to positively impacting our community and our young people. The Society is committed to preserving local history and heritage for future generations. Our 2023 initiatives include:
- Creating a wildflower meadow at the Heritage Park and Nature Trail and installing kiosks focusing on our preservation and conservation commitment to our community’s open spaces;
- Hosting the annual POPS at Pepper Street free-to-the-public, family-oriented concert; and
- Continue to develop the Fort Brady Park located on Muncy’s northern border.
We hope you will join us on Saturday, May 4, 2024 – 9:00 a.m. for this year’s tournament at Wynding Brook. Put your own foursome together, or let us do it for you!
